We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist Finished Goods to support operations within a solar manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and finished products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling & Inventory- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Label and store materials in designated locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organization
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Pick, pack, label, and palletize materials for shipment
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with shipping team for on-time deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams
- Report damaged or defective materials for resolution
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Participate in safety training and maintain PPE compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
