Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service
Location:Waltham, MA
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
  • Configure and customize Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Cases, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms, and Platform Events.
  • Implement and optimize Omnichannel Routing, Knowledge Management, CTI integrations, Entitlements, and SLA processes.
  • Configure and support Salesforce Field Service mobile solutions and resource scheduling optimization.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, deployment planning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Ensure Salesforce platform security, data integrity, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Support CI/CD processes, release management, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Required Skills
  • 10 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools like Boomi or MuleSoft.
  • Experience with Case Management, Omnichannel, CTI, Knowledge Base, and Field Service scheduling functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
