Structural Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer (EIT) to join our growing design team. In this role, you will support structural analysis and design efforts across a variety of projects, working closely with senior engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in performing structural analysis and design for various projects
- Support development of design concepts and preparation of construction documents
- Apply engineering principles to lateral design (wind and seismic) with guidance
- Perform and review engineering calculations with attention to accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams
- Manage assigned tasks, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
- Identify and communicate scope changes or challenges to project leads
- Continuously develop engineering judgment and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- Minimum 2+ years of structural engineering experience
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Masters degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- Experience with tools such as STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Experience with steel and concrete structural design
- Exposure to industrial or semiconductor facility projects
