Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for driving impactful projects and fostering strong relationships? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our clients team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of new and evolving programs, directly contributing to business development and enhancing customer service. Your work will not only streamline operations but also ensure seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams, making a tangible difference in how critical initiatives are planned, implemented, and supported.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and support projects focused on enhancing internal operations and overall growth, meticulously defining project scope and expectations.
- Establish and facilitate workgroups to develop necessary processes and procedures for both existing and new services, ensuring clear communication of project activities and outcomes.
- Apply your understanding of care coordination workflows to facilitate patient inquiries and visits as needed, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Produce compelling marketing collateral and event materials for various internal and external activities.
- Assist in the selection process for external consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring optimal partnerships.
- Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee that all internal operations and projects adhere to organizational policies.
- Facilitate the assessment, documentation, and recommendation of business process improvements to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Serve as an ambassador, engaging with the community and diverse stakeholders while upholding principles of diversity and inclusion.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support program objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of project management methodologies and process/performance improvement principles.
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize high volumes of information effectively.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documents.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with diverse groups and external audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently to solve problems.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, exercising independent judgment, and demonstrating initiative.
- Proficiency in personal computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, database tools, and online resources.
- Ability to develop engaging materials for marketing, event planning, and educational purposes.
- Adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with staff members and a wide array of internal and external working groups and individuals.
- Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly adapt to, the organizational structure and service offerings of a complex healthcare environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Additional language skills beyond English.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.73 $66.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
