Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality component production, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and excellent manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $38-$40/hour

Shift: Days (40 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Assemble manufactured components into finished products following engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
  • Perform mechanical assembly including fastening, bonding, fitting, and alignment of parts
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively
  • Install hardware including screws, bolts, nuts, washers, rivets, and other fasteners
  • Apply adhesives, sealants, and thread-locking compounds as specified

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent technical training
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
