Our client, a Entertainment/Streaming Service company, is looking for a Studio Data Administrator for their Los Angeles , CA/ Remote location.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a strong knowledge base of the Vendor Data domain
  • Work with ICs and partner teams to resolve complex outstanding data remediation scenarios
  • Support our internal team of Data Quality Analysts on project execution and auditing
  • Utilize internal Data Tools to address and resolve data quality issues at scale (deduplication, proactive monitoring, data mapping, and connections)
  • Aggregate and input data into a variety of internal applications
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between applications
  • Log and surface data inconsistencies and common patterns to our ICs
  • Communicate with our cross-functional partners when triaging Tier 1 support tickets or issues
  • Pressure test new workflows and applications, and provide feedback

Requirements:
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Being able to work in a data environment.
  • Be highly curious and stay on target with details.
  • The work is repetitive and manual, keep energized on this type of work
  • Some exposure to entertainment sector - how title sector run and operate
  • Running knowledge of company data (studio, entertainment, media, and conglomerate) are structured
  • Skills working with product management tools: Airtable, Jira
  • Have worked with Sequel.

  • Making judgement when working within ambiguity.
  • The Client Content Data Management team is looking for an experienced data administrator with a strong knowledge of the film and TV industry vendors ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for film and TV and excitement about tech + entertainment.

  • Ability to maintain attention to detail with projects involving high-volume manual tasks
  • Ability to make judgment calls in the face of ambiguity
  • Proficiency working with large spreadsheets and data sets
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, table-based applications (e.g. Excel, Airtable), and data management systems
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new apps and workflows
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience working with product and/or engineering teams
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an entertainment and/or media environment or related/transferable skill-set
  • Knowledge of entertainment industry vendors, including but not limited to production companies, post-production houses, delivery partners, legal entities, studios, advertisers, game development, etc.
  • Experience/knowledge of large entertainment vendors and conglomerates, and their respective subsidiaries
  • Experience with a variety of project management tools, including web applications such as Monday Board or Jira
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience with SQL
