Position Overview
Seeking a senior Appian Lead Developer responsible for designing, developing, and leading delivery of complex Appian solutions across enterprise application portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise Appian applications.
- Lead development of workflows, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
- Review code and mentor development teams.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years delivering Appian solutions.
- Expert-level experience with current Appian platform versions.
- Advanced Appian SAIL development experience.
- Deep experience with:
- Appian Records
- Reports
- Tasks
- Sites
- CDTs
- Process Models
- Integrations
- Connected Systems
- Data Stores
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Level 3 Certification.
- Experience with Appian Cloud environments.
