Position Overview
Seeking a Technical Manager to lead Appian application delivery teams supporting enterprise modernization, development, production support, and DevSecOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and architecture oversight.
- Manage Appian development and support teams.
- Establish development standards and best practices.
- Oversee solution design, integrations, and database architecture.
- Support production support and application modernization initiatives.
- Mentor developers and conduct technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 8 years designing and delivering BPM/Appian solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of Appian platform experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing software development teams or projects.
- Strong SQL and database experience.
- Experience with Appian architecture, integrations, and enterprise application delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Level 3 (Senior Developer/Lead Developer) Certification.
- Experience with Appian Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
