This role requires a highly organized project management professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project governance, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications of the IT Program Manager:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of information technology experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- At least 4 years of experience leading multiple concurrent project teams and initiatives.
- Proven success managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and project controls.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, project governance, and enterprise delivery practices.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- PMP certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise platform implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to portfolio or program management environments.
- Experience working on large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to drive accountability and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through deployment, business acceptance, and project closure.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, status reviews, and executive reporting activities.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
- Coordinate activities across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation readiness activities, including occasional after-hours deployments.
