- Proven ability to manage all phases of work effort from inception to completion.

- PMP certification
- 7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.
- Completion of the clients Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.
- Responsible for overall delivery of ServiceNow module implementations.
- Schedule and recap meetings and stand-ups, assign and track tasks daily.
- Maintain MS Project project plan, timeline, budget and all auditable artifacts in other appropriate formats.
- Deliver quality products on time, within budgeted hours. Monitor tasks, assignments, and hours daily.
- Compile and deliver clear briefing slides and other communications and status reports.
- Assign appropriate resources and escalate quickly.
- Track key milestones and adjust project plans to meet the needs of work effort.
- Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation, providing excellent customer service along the way.
- Part of the Enterprise Delivery Services Project Management Services (ServiceNow Portfolio) team.
- The portfolio includes four additional Project Managers dedicated exclusively to ServiceNow initiatives.
- Focused on the implementation of ServiceNow, a multi-million-dollar, three-year program with a robust pipeline of ongoing and future work.
- Operates within a co-located team environment, working alongside Design, Development, and PMO teams to ensure close collaboration and alignment.
- Benefits from proximity to cross-functional partners, enabling efficient communication and execution.
- Team culture is collaborative and close-knit, with regular team-building activities such as lunches and happy hours.
- Onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Bachelor's Degree
- OR, 2 years of job related experience plus an Associate degree in any major
- OR, 4 years of job related work experience (total 11 years without a degree)
