The ideal candidate is a hands-on, hit-the-ground-running developer with strong backend experience and some front-end exposure using StencilJS.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kafka
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Front-end experience with StencilJS (or willingness to ramp up quickly from React)
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (developer productivity, integrations, or experimentation)
- Proven ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment
