Position Details:
Title: Facility Contractor Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX, 75038
Duration: 12-month extendable contract
Shift details: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Facilities Coordinator serves as the onsite face of Facilities and is the primary point of contact for all facilities-related requests. This role is highly customer service oriented and supports daily facility operations by managing work orders, coordinating third-party service providers, and maintaining accurate timekeeping and cost tracking records.
Key responsibilities include:
" Reviewing, opening, tracking, and closing work orders.
" Checking third party service provider timecards, reviewing timesheets, and entering timekeeping data into cost tracking spreadsheets.
" Creating purchase requisitions for materials and supplies needed by the maintenance team.
" Serving as the central contact for onsite facility requests and ensuring timely, professional customer service.
Required Experience:
" Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ years (Business Admin exp - must have)
" Facilities Exp (preferred)
" Any work order management system
Key Skills:
" Strong verbal and written communication
" Customer service excellence
" Time management
" Organizational skills
" Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experience
" Prior experience in a facilities-related role
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Interview Process:
" 1st - Initial phone interview
" 2nd Follow up onsite interview (Video conference ok)
