Join our team within the Ads organization, where we develop and manage the MyAds platform. This platform is essential for sellers and internal teams to create, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns across our digital ecosystem. We focus on retail media and advertising technology, including Sponsored Products and onsite display advertising. Our systems support campaign management, bidding, reporting, spend tracking, billing integrations, and seller-facing user experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Java - 10+ years of experience
- Spring/Spring Boot - 5-10 years of experience
- PostgreSQL - 5 years of experience
- Java Latest version( java 20- java 25)- minimum 1-2years
- Prior work experience in AdTech or eCommerce
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with microservices and REST API development
- Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
- Production support, monitoring, and observability experience
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end
- Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with scalable and high-throughput systems
- Bonus: AdTech, BigQuery/GCP, reactive programming, AI-assisted development tools experience
- Build and enhance seller-facing campaign management workflows
- Integrate with external advertising platforms such as Criteo and ad-serving systems
- Implement reporting, spend tracking, and billing event pipelines
- Improve campaign synchronization and product eligibility systems
- Modernize frontend and backend architecture for scalability and maintainability
