POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technology Services department is responsible forproviding and managing the technology needs for 2 locations.Seeking qualified on-site SystemsEngineers who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to install, manage, maintain, andtroubleshoot an enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environment including Office 365,Email, Azure, VMware, Windows Sever, SAN/NAS, Backup, File/Print, Anti-virus, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives.
• Implement, manage, maintain, and support the System Architecture solutions.
• Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning.
• Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed.
• Work onsite every day (M-F).
• Perform related duties as directed.
  
  

• Education Requirement
  B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR
• High School Diploma with Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in anenterprise environment with the technologies outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.

1) 4 years or more experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring,administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:
a) Microsoft Server Platforms

• Windows Server 2019 / 2022 OS
• Windows SQL Server

b) Microsoft Software Services

• Windows Desktop OS
• Microsoft 365
• Defender

c) Microsoft Management Services

• Active Directory
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Microsoft Intune

d) Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

• Azure AD
• Azure CLI
• Azure Governance

e) Dell physical Servers, SAN / NAS storage arrays, and ancillary components

• PowerEdge MX740C R660 and R760
• Compellent SC200
• StreamVault SVS-7020E and SV-7040EX
• vxRail E5

f) VMware Virtualization and Management Platforms

• ESXi
• vCenter
• vSphere

2) 3 or more years of experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring,
administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:

a) Pure Storage arrays

• FlashArray // X20R3 and C50R4
• Pure1 management
• ActiveCluster

b) Backup and Recovery Services

c) File and Print Services

d) Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)

3) 2 or more years creating solution designs that integrate server, storage, backup,
management, and security (virtual and physical) into existing enterprise environments.

4) Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs.

  o Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  o Vmware Certified Design Expert Data Center Virtualization (VCDX).
  o VMware Certified Advanced Professional-Data Center Virtualization Design.
  o VMware Certified Advanced Professional-Data Center Virtualization Deploy.
  o VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA).
  o VMware Certified Specialist vSAN 2024.
  o Pure Storage Certified Platform Architect Expert.
  o Pure Storage Certified FlashArray Storage Professional.
  o Pure Storage Certified FlashArray Implementation Specialist.
  o Pure Storage Certified Migration Specialist.
  o Pure Storage Certified Data Storage Associate.
  o Dell Certified PowerEdge Operate 2023 Proven Professional.
  o Dell Certified PowerScale Deploy 2023 Proven Professional.
  o VEEAM Certified Engineer (VMCE).
