Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff
Hospitality Experience: Background in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
Customer Service Skills: Ability to create a welcoming and professional guest experience
