Overview:

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider,is seekingto hirean exceptionaljunior / Recent College GraduateDesign Verification Engineerto joinourDRAMControllerIPteaminHillsboro, Oregon.The successful candidate will participate in pre-silicon RTL Verification activities related toRambus DRAM controller product line for controller technologies including DDR, LPDDR, HBM, and Graphics/ GDDR controller technologies.This is aFull Timeposition,reporting tothelocal onsitedirector ofController IP Verification.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracinga hybrid approach forthe majorityofouroffice-basedroles.We encourage employees tospend an average of at leastthree days per weekworking onsitewhilealso allowing fortwodaysof remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Testbench and test sequence development for verification of new controller technologies and features

• Functional coverage planning, coverage item coding, and test suite augmentation to achieve Functional Coverage

• Regression test development, monitoring, debug/triage, and correction to test environment, sequences, debug of controller RTL design

• Development & support of Verification environment scripting and capabilities

Qualifications:

• BachelorsDegreeor above in EE/CS,projectexperiencerelated toHDL logic Design-Verification

• SystemVerilogand/or UVMtestbench, Verilog/SystemVeriloglogic design/RTLfamiliarity/project work

• Pre-existing Experience / familiarity withone or more I/O controllertechnologies such as USB, SATA/SAS, Ethernet, Graphics/Display, or DDR/DRAMisdesireable

• Working experience with Python and TCL scripting languages preferred
