BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop short-term and long-term business opportunity pipeline
- Own partnerships from start to finish
- Generate new leads, evaluate opportunities, negotiate, and secure growth partners
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERREQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience leading business development activities within travel or insurance industries
- Relationships with travel advisors and agencies
- Proven track record of success within B2B2C sales
- Proactive, independent worker
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
- Base salary + stock options + team commission
