Job Responsibilities

• Define scope and objectives of pilot projects
• Support project planning and permitting
• Align roles and responsibilities with cross-functional teams
• Maintain ongoing communications with partner organizations
• Identify and address project performance issues
• Ensure quality of project delivery and troubleshoot as needed
• Track and review project deliverables
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Coordinate partner projects with operations
• Assess project risk and develop contingency plans
• Manage technical implementation plans
• Support financial forecasting and budget development
• Develop and recruit matching funding sources

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience managing portfolios or relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
• Experience leading or supporting programs within operations or strategy
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferences

• Background in wildfire, forestry, and/or climate
• PMP Certification
• Ability to work effectively with senior staff and management
• Experience collaborating with external regulatory or business groups
