Role Summary:
Seeking a Contract Administrator III / Category Specialist to support indirect sourcing for HR and Professional Services categories. The role focuses on contract management, supplier sourcing, RFP execution, vendor risk/compliance, and stakeholder collaboration within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage category strategies for HR and Professional Services
Draft, review, and manage RFPs, SOWs, and vendor contracts
Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking, and market research
Manage supplier relationships and performance (KPIs/SLAs)
Support legal intake, privacy impact assessments, and cybersecurity vendor risk reviews
Coordinate contract workflow and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders
Track supplier performance, cost savings, and sourcing metrics
Support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
6+ years experience (or 45 years with MBA) in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
Experience in indirect sourcing and consultative procurement
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management experience
Experience in regulated environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with HR sourcing or professional services strongly preferred

Preferred:
Experience in HR, consulting, R&D, or engineering services sourcing
Familiarity with ESG and lifecycle analysis (LCA) concepts
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience managing supplier risk and compliance processes
