• Provide production support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS R12 applications
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Support customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations
• Monitor concurrent programs, workflows, and automation pipelines
• Implement and manage DevOps CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with Development, Functional, and DBA teams
• Create SOPs, monitoring scripts, deployment playbooks, and documentation
• Ensure system stability, performance tuning, compliance, and audit readiness
