Introduction

This role is responsible for leading the execution and enterprise adoption of Testing-related Audit Issues, ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC quality assurance standards. It requires a strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles, testing lifecycles, and audit compliance, with the ability to translate these concepts into practical, scalable solutions across business and technology teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience working within established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) or equivalent structured lifecycle frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience applying structured delivery processes, including requirements definition, planning, execution, testing/validation, and deployment with strong regulatory compliance context
  • Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles, testing lifecycle, and governance
  • Experience utilizing MS Project and MS Excel to review, analyze, and validate data for accuracy and reporting
  • 3-4 years of governance work tied to risk, compliance, and/or audit remediation efforts
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including validating data accuracy, identifying trends, and generating insights
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide communication and training strategies to support adoption of governance, QA, or testing standards
  • Proven ability to operate as a self-starter, with strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience in driving cross-collaboration across multiple departments and teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across business and technology
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies to enable consistent adoption of testing and governance practices
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes, leveraging data and metrics to monitor effectiveness, identify gaps, and support informed decision-making
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of project and small program initiatives involving multiple teams, ensuring clear objectives, aligned execution, and end-to-end visibility into delivery health
