This role will drive large-scale remediation programs, governance activities, and cross-functional delivery efforts while partnering closely with senior stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business leaders.
The ideal candidate brings strong executive communication skills, experience managing high-visibility remediation programs, and the ability to lead teams through complex operational and security challenges while ensuring alignment to business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experiencein Program / Project Management leadership
- Cybersecurity Risk & Remediation program management
- Infrastructure remediation delivery experience
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and infrastructure remediation programs
- Advanced expertise in Program/Project Management, Risk Management, PMBOK, and Analysis & Reporting
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Monitor execution progress through governance reviews, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Lead stakeholder communications across security, infrastructure, operations, and executive leadership teams
- Drive remediation governance activities for asset hardening and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Serve as the primary escalation point for remediation blockers, SLA breaches, and delivery risks
- Maintain real-time reporting dashboards and ensure visibility into remediation progress and risk posture
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful execution
- Guide team members in preparing accurate weekly reporting and executive-level status updates
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and delivery confidence
- Ensure security policies and risk controls are integrated into infrastructure and application lifecycles
- Provide strategic solutions to complex operational and remediation challenges impacting multiple teams.
