Position Overview:
We areseekinga highly organized, detail-orientedAdministrative Support Assistantto provide comprehensive support to the Camino Partners team and several affiliated nonprofit entities. This role reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Founder and requires a proactive,quicklearning professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Coreresponsibilitieswillinclude managing andmaintainingour contact records inour CRM system, supportinga variety of ongoing administrative functions,andmanaging ad hoc projects from conception through execution.Asuccessful candidate willdemonstratethe ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment when handling highly confidential corporate information, and contribute to thoughtful, well-executed experiences through exceptional attention to detail, strong organizationalskills, and effective vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain and update contact records in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure data hygiene by regularly auditingforoutdated or duplicate entries.
- Research and tag new contacts for network activation purposes.
Project Management
- End of year gift project: Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing, assembling, and delivering gift packages.
- Organize digital files (music, photos, etc.)
- Manageadditionalprojects as needed.
Administrative Support
- Providecomprehensivesupport tothe Founders Executiveteam, includingresearch, event coordination, travellogistics,and other.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Able to work 20 hours per week (with flexible hours), including some in person work in Austin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learnadditionalworkflow platforms; experience with Asana is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and experienced in or willing to learn CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstratedproject coordination skills, including the ability to effectively plan, meet deadlines, and respond to changing team needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ableto manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Self-motivated with the ability towork independentlyand proactively.
- Able todemonstratereliability, high integrity and sound decision making.
