Overview:

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks in the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for performing various tasks such as; maintaining personnel files, assisting with recruitment efforts and providing support to their fellow HR Team Members.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts that may include but are not limited to; attending career fairs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and fulfilling tasks related to the applicant tracking system
  • Works closely with the Human Resources Team to provide assistance as needed
  • Perform administrative, special projects, and personnel duties as assigned
  • Prepare reports and necessary and review reports received by Human Resources to ensure accuracy
  • Analyze and track HR-related data using Excel
  • Prepare presentations and materials for HR related meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED Credentials
  • Year of Administrative, Customer Service, or related field preferred.
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and professionalism.
  • Have demonstrated computer skills in Windows and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team based project experience.
