GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Office Support Assistant (Temporary) supports daily workplace operations through mail and package services, office supply replenishment, furniture coordination, and dock and delivery management. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries and maintaining operational readiness across designated office and workplace support areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides operational support for Corporate Facilities through workplace logistics and service delivery functions.
Services include but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 2 years of related experience preferred, including stockroom, mailroom, warehouse, facilities support, logistics, hospitality, or customer service environments.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and maintain basic inventory awareness.
REASONING ABILITY
Successful candidates will demonstrate dependability, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to support workplace operations through hands-on logistics work.

- Package Receipt and Delivery Management
Dock Operations and Delivery Coordination
Office Supply Inventory and Replenishment
Furniture Management and Workplace Support
Stockroom and Storage Area Maintenance
- Process, sort, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries.
- Coordinate dock receipt and delivery logistics, including vendor and courier arrivals.
- Operate mailing and shipping equipment and ensure accurate processing of shipments.
- Track and maintain delivery records and service-related databases as requested.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and maintain stockroom organization and inventory levels.
- Support furniture coordination activities including inventory movement, light furniture setup, and workspace readiness.
- Assist with workplace logistics related to furniture moves and operational support needs.
- Maintain organized storage, supply, and delivery areas to ensure a safe and efficient workplace environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to support timely delivery and workplace service execution.
- Escalate operational issues or service concerns to leadership as appropriate.
- Decisions are made with a general understanding of established procedures and company policies to achieve operational goals and service expectations. Errors in judgment may have short-term impact to service delivery and workplace operations.

- Physical ability to support mailroom, dock, and warehouse-related operations.
- Requires ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and movement throughout the workplace may be required.
- Occasional ladder use and balancing may be required.
