EPPM,Programming Techniques and Concepts,Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in the SAP EPPM ecosystem
Strong understanding of SAP EPPM functional areas,; alternatively, exposure to FICO and/or Funds Management is acceptable
Solid program management experience with ability to drive delivery outcomes
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and product capabilities across modules
Experience working in cross-functional teams involving business, functional, and technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution with minimal supervision
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills "
Role Descriptions: Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive executionLead and support program management activities including planning tracking governance and reportingEnsure alignment of business requirements with SAP EPPM solutions and delivery outcomesDrive project progress manage dependencies and ensure milestone adherence across workstreamsFacilitate stakeholder discussions decisionmaking and issue resolutionCoordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and quality deliveryIdentify risks manage escalations and ensure continuity of deliveryDrive structured communication status reporting and stakeholder updates
