The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C). Duties:
- Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development
- Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting.
- Support the creation of innovative dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for measuring forecast accuracy
- Support and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource planning
- Explore how AI can be leveraged within the context of Resource Management
- Portfolio Resource Demand Reporting: prepare high quality reports and presentations
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SQL preferred
- Advanced Excel calculations or experience with other analytical tools
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- 10+ years if experience in clinical development/research operations
- Fundamental understanding of drug development lifecycle
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and modeling.
