Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures.
- Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts.
- Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews.

Qualifications:- BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge
- Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems).
- Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
