Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, investigate, and collaborate on customer quality issues using root cause analysis tools to determine causes and implement corrective actions
- Support quality management systems including ISO9001, AS9100D, ISO17025, and other applicable standards
- Participate in documentation control, internal and external audits, and calibration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across operations
- Participate in site-level projects focused on improving efficiency, yield, and overall quality performance
- Work directly with customers to address and resolve quality concerns effectively
- Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical field required
- Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy preferred
- 3+ years of experience in metals or materials production environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of systematic quality management systems required
- ETQ experience required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills for both internal teams and external customers
- Ability to train and support team members
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage tasks and deliverables within deadlines
- Preferred: Up to 10% travel
- Regular sitting and computer use
- Frequent use of hands for handling tools, objects, and controls
- Ability to communicate verbally and hear effectively
- Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
