Our Client, a BioTech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering for their Wayne, MI location.

- The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility.
- The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system.
- Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.
- This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.
- Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
- Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
- Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Delphi.
- CSE will reside at customer facility.
- Expedite non-confirming material back to Delphi same day.
- Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
- Provide technical support and system understanding.
- Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
- Where required, coordinate additional containment.
- Be an integral part of the response teams.
- Write a weekly trip report.
- Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
- Provide/coordinate special event activity.
- Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of related work experience.
- Training in computer applications.
- College degree with a major in Engineering.10+ years of related work experience.
