Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $66.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Positions Contributions to Work Group:
- The position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
- Based on past experiences and knowledge, the incumbent normally works within a team environment.
- Typical customers include dealers, other external companies who support as well as internal business unit and/or service center groups.
- The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify problems that may not be obvious.
- The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions.
- The incumbent sets priorities with Product Management team direction and establishes a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results.
- The position participates in brainstorming sessions focused on developing approaches to meeting required deliverables.
Typical task breakdown:
- Educating developers on the importance of quality Google Analytics data collection and providing best practice guidance for technical aspects of implementation
- Providing instruction on campaign tagging, 3p Tagging and additional Google Analytics Integration implementations
- Providing guidance to data analysts teams and acting as SME for production of Google Analytics dashboards and analyses
- Performing ad-hoc analysis for business partners and reporting
- Contributing to a team environment, assisting with documentation, on-going education, and other impactful opportunities to contribute to the overall team success and knowledge growth related to Google Marketing Platform, specifically Google Analytics
- Being an advocate for education, always growing in your knowledge of the world of digital analytics.
Education & Experience Required:
- Position requires a bachelors degree in computer science, analytics, statistics, marketing, or other related field
- 10+ years experience in this capacity
- 3+ years experience implementing Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager
Required Technical Skills:
- 3+ years experience implementing Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager
- Large scale GA4 migration experience
- Strong technical skills; working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser functionality, and other common web technologies
- Experience with GA4 property creation, eCommerce events, DOM scraping, data layers, form tracking, search console integration, enhanced measurement, and custom dimensions
- Experience building Google Analytics implementation documentation with a scalability focus
