- Collaborate with an existing agile team to deliver high-quality solutions for Product and Rewards applications
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL and DB2
- Perform coding, debugging, and enhancements to existing systems
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to support ongoing project initiatives through all phases (P0P4)
- 10 years of experience in Mainframe COBOL development
- Strong expertise in DB2
- Proven experience working in agile environments
- Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
