What Youll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver top-notch services

• Keep caseloads on track and ensure timely, high-quality client support

• Review service plans and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance

• Help staff navigate complex situations, including crisis intervention

• Track client progress and drive successful housing placements

• Partner with leadership and team members to improve services and outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (required)

• LMSW preferred

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in case management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in shelter or housing settings (a big plus!)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
