Machine Operator I

Title: Machine Operator (2 nd shift)
Location: Londonderry, NH 03053
Duration: 03 Months (with potential for conversion to full-time employment based on business needs, budget approval, and performance.)
Shift: 2 nd shift, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Position Overview:
This entry-level manufacturing role supports production operations in a clean and controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, palletizing products, monitoring equipment functions, maintaining documentation, and supporting material handling activities. Prior manufacturing experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks.
• Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.
• Support material handling activities as necessary.
• Maintain segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures, including but not limited to GMP, device history records, hazard communication, and safety rules.
• Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Accept full accountability for product quality.
• Report unresolved problems encountered during the workday to supervisors or management.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation.
• Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and job functions within the assigned manufacturing area.
• Follow supervisor instructions while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.
