Duration: 03 Months (with potential for conversion to full-time employment based on business needs, budget approval, and performance.)

Shift: 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm

Position Overview:
This is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting production operations in a clean and controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring equipment operations, and supporting material handling activities. Basic computer skills are required for training and documentation purposes.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience is MANDATORY.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Candidates with stable work history and longevity are highly preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience in bottling, packaging, food & beverage, or similar production environments is beneficial.
  • Must possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
  • Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, strong attendance, and enthusiasm for the opportunity.
  • Basic computer knowledge required for training purposes.
  • Steel-toe or composite shoes/boots required for employment.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor functions of equipment and operate according to documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks.
  • Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.
  • Support material handling activities as necessary.
  • Maintain segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and departmental standard operating procedures, including GMP, device history record documentation, hazard communication, and safety regulations.
  • Utilize written procedures and training materials to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Accept full accountability for product quality.
  • Report unresolved issues or problems encountered during the workday to supervisors or management.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation.
  • Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and job functions within the assigned manufacturing area.
  • Follow supervisor instructions while monitoring the quality of raw and finished products before, during, and after production.
  • Support packaging and labeling operations as required.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the production line; candidate will support but not directly run or operate the production line.
