Role Overview

The Lead will serve as the primary onsite delivery lead and operational partner supporting a large-scale SAP transformation. This individual will act as the face of the team responsible for continued enhancements and development, partnering closely with business and technology leadership to drive execution, coordination, governance, program management, and issue resolution across SAP-driven operational and transformation initiatives.

**Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week

This role requires a highly proactive leader who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, navigate complex organizational structures, and drive operational excellence across ongoing support, enhancement, and transformation activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong SAP Supply Chain background combined with proven project and program management expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite lead supporting SAP Supply Chain business and technology teams in continued enhancement and development work
  • Lead day-to-day program execution, coordination, and delivery management activities across business and IT stakeholders
  • Drive project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and governance activities across operational and transformation initiatives
  • Partner closely with business and technology leadership to ensure alignment across priorities, timelines, and delivery objectives
  • Facilitate leadership discussions, governance meetings, operational reviews, and decision-making forums
  • Coordinate across SAP, infrastructure, application support, and offshore delivery teams to ensure execution consistency and accountability
  • Manage escalations, dependencies, action tracking, and operational communications across complex enterprise environments
  • Support status reporting, executive updates, resource coordination, and operational planning activities
  • Operate as a trusted advisor and relationship lead within the client environment
  • Help simplify and navigate complex processes, organizational structures, and operational dependencies

Required Qualifications

  • Strong SAP Supply Chain background is required
  • Proven project and program management experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting SAP operational support, transformation, or managed services programs
  • Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational delivery, governance engagement, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently drive issues and actions to closure
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating effectively within highly complex enterprise environments
  • Hands-on understanding of SAP delivery and operational processes required; deep technical expertise is not necessary, but the candidate must be able to lead SAP-related discussions effectively
  • Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environments is highly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or related delivery certifications are a plus

Location Requirements

  • Candidate must be located within driving distance of Titusville, NJ
  • Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
