Job Details:Our Assistant Nursing Care Coordinator (ANCC) will:
- Assist the Director in delegating and coordinating nursing care activities for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures, Endoscopy, and our large interventional Pain Management program.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients & their families through safety intervention, emotional support and education.
What youll bring:
- Passion for Procedural Nursing and an interest in growing as a leader in Nursing
- 2+ Years of RN experience working in a procedural setting required
- Prior critical care experience required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
- Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
