Minimum Qualifications of Candidate
The Department is seeking an Internet/Web Systems Administrator professional with the following minimum qualifications (these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):
"
Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field.
"
Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Databases, Oracle functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning.
"
Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications, & Proficient in converting ASP.net web forms to MVC.
"
Experience with C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks.

Familiarity with Dot Net core application development.
"
Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure
"
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Creating and Writing Stored Procedures.
"
Experience with batch processing and data loading.
"
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above.
"
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
"
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
"
Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
"
Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.
"
Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, testing.
"
Experience with working with development teams on large enterprise projects.

Deliverables/Tasks
The Internet/Web Systems Administrator key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:
"
Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.
"
Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
"
Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
"
Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.
"
Develop project plans and measures actual progress against the plans.
"
Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
"
Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
"
Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
"
Manages change control within the projects.
"
Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path.
"
Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
