Job Description:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in multiple IT areas and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant architecture experience
• Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration;
• A minimum of five (5) years of CI/CD, DevOps experience with a strong understanding of software configuration management
• A minimum of five (5) years of programming/systems analysis experience with an emphasis in applications and systems architectural design development, database, and middleware technologies
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a technical position
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate technical information to IT professionals
• Expert level skills in PowerShell scripting and reading/analyzing Web technologies such as JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), jQuery, etc.
• In depth knowledge of the Microsoft platform, such as Internet Information Services (IIS), .NET, Web Services, Oracle, SharePoint, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory, etc.
• Experience with configuration management software and infrastructure as code, such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Template
• Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python
• Experience with cloud virtualization and container platforms, such as Docker
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex system problems, including capacity planning and performance tuning and reliability or high availability initiatives
• Experience with writing and understanding Yet Another Markup Language (YAML) files and using them to configure Azure resources
• Experience with Git Bash and GitHub
• Strong experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems
• Experience with customizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) templates as needed for Commerce by leveraging out of the box Azure DevOps templates; and
• Generative AI and GitHub Copilot Proficiency.
