Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Release Coordinator / Change Coordinator for their Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC location.

- Partner with Development Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create, manage, and submit high-quality CRQs (Change Requests) with accurate and complete details.
- Coordinate end-to-end release activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, implementation, and post-production validation.
- Drive CRQ lifecycle management, ensuring timely approvals, risk mitigation, and clear audit trails.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk identification, and issue resolution related to releases and CRQs.
- Provide regular status updates on releases, timelines, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies and standards for all releases.
- Lead release readiness activities, including QA validation, resource alignment, communication planning, and evidence collection.
- Perform quality checks to reduce failures in QA and production by validating completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Support post-release activities, including validation, incident tracking, and lessons learned.
- Act as a central communication point to ensure alignment across teams and minimize disruptions during release cycles.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline release and CRQ workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Release Coordination / Change Management in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRQ tools and processes (e.g., Remedy or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and release lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and change management systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and compliance.
- Knowledge of client Enterprise Change and Release Management processes.
- Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with automation, reporting tools, or MIS tools (e.g., Excel, Access).
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams and drive alignment.
