Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on React Native development to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that provide an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand ups.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features for future reference.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in React Native development.
Proficient in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third party libraries.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with TypeScript and Redux.
Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications.
Proven experience in React Native development is a must.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
