Introduction

Join our team as a Fleet Support Analyst where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational uptime of our fleet. You will engage in live troubleshooting of hardware/software-related issues, interface with operators, and ensure that our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive or transportation industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict quality standards.
  • Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with electric vehicle technology.
  • Experience with remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware.
  • Experience with Linux & Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing.
  • Experience with software that interfaces with hardware.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues.
  • Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting by leveraging knowledge of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely intervention by higher-level teams.
  • Document issue resolution processes, capturing detailed records of troubleshooting steps, findings, and solutions.
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and proactively implement preventive measures.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, providing clear updates to passengers, operators, engineers, and management teams.
  • Support on-call rotation with the possibility of days, swing, and mid-shift.
