Company is seeking a Tableau Architect to lead ourenterprise Tableau environment and analytics strategysomeone who canarchitect scalable reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.
This is ahands-on, high-visibility, customer-facing rolewhere youll partner across the business and with external stakeholders to shape how data drives decisions.

What Youll Do
Tableau Platform & BI Leadership
- Architect, administer, and optimizeTableau Cloud(performance, security, scalability)
- Manageuser access, authentication, and external integrations
- Define and enforcereporting standards, governance, and design best practices
- Embed dashboards intoapplications and enterprise tools
- LeverageTableau APIsfor automation and system integration
Analytics & Insights
- Buildinteractive dashboards and executive reporting
- Performexploratory data analysis (EDA)to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to defineKPIs, metrics, and business logic
- Translate data intoclear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and integrityacross reporting layers
Data Engineering Collaboration
- Write and optimizeadvanced SQL queries across multiple systems
- Designaggregates and semantic layersfor high-performance reporting
- Collaborate with Data Engineering ondata models and pipelines
- SupportQlikView to Tableau migration
- Document data flows, metrics, and dashboards for governance
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Work directly withinternal teams and external partners
- Gather requirements and deliverimpactful, data-driven solutions
- Present insights totechnical and non-technical audiences
- Train and support users on BI tools and best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as aTableau subject matter expert
Qualifications
510+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence / Analytics / Reporting
Deep expertise withTableau (Cloud, administration, architecture)
AdvancedSQL skills (multi-database environments)
Strong experience withdata visualization & dashboard design
Solid understanding ofdata warehousing, lakehouse, and data modeling
Experience buildingsemantic layers & performance-optimized datasets
Strong communication skillsable to translate data intobusiness insights
Experience working withcross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Preferred
- Tableau APIs, dashboard embedding into applications
- Experience withQlikView Tableau migration
- Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Python for analytics, automation, or integration
- Knowledge ofdata governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks
