Responsibilities:Dohrn is seeking afulltime HR Supervisorto help lead our Human Resources department at our corporate office in Rock Island, IL. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys problemsolving, and is confident managing sensitive employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseecompanywide investigationsand ensure consistent, compliant handling of employee relations issues.
- Manageattendance and disciplinein alignment with Dohrn policies.
- Support, mentor, and help lead asmall HR teamat the corporate office.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR processes are organized, timely, and aligned with company standards.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degreein Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency withUKG,Workforce Management (WFM)systems, andMicrosoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability tomultitaskand work effectively in afastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver License
2 year degree and 2 years experience in Business, HR or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent data entry and typing skills preferred
Human Resources experience preferred
Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and problem-solver
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and react to change productively
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Ability to work on tasks independently or in a team environment
Excellent attendance
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Primarily sedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time
May be occasionally required to exert up to 20 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
The general office environment is favorable; Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are minimal hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc;
Visual Acuity including regular use of items including a computer screen or monitor
Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers
Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information; May be occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others

Pay Range:Starting from USD $58,011.46/Yr.
