Summary:
An exciting opportunity is available with usfor a Software Engineer specializing in Golang with a focus on backend and distributed systems to join the Core Service Engineering team. This role involves building foundational platforms for the Clients ownership experience, including applications for NACS charging, OTA updates, referrals, Robotaxi, and more, with a significant focus on Robotaxi and Charging pricing estimations and billing workflow orchestration. Your contributions will directly impact Clients customers through visible enhancements to the main website and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop backend systems for real-time pricing, surcharges, and fee calculations for Clients Robotaxi rides and charging stations.
- Create ride price estimation algorithms considering various factors.
- Build and orchestrate Golang services for billing and payment workflows.
- Design REST APIs for customer-facing application flows.
- Assist in the global expansion of the Robotaxi program and North American expansion of charging programs, focusing on airport experiences and roaming costs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive backend development and data processing experience.
- Proficient in Golang and understanding of distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
Domain Experience Required:
Experience in automotive, charging infrastructure, or similar fields is highly beneficial to understand the specific challenges and requirements of Clients projects.
