Human Resources Centralization Analyst

Job Summary

The HR Operations Analyst will support the HR Centralization team by processing and managing high-volume HR transactions for facilities across the U.S. and Canada. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines, and timely updates within HR systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment while handling sensitive employee data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process HR transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leave requests) in Workday
  • Ensure all transactions meet SOX compliance and internal control standards
  • Audit and validate data between Workday and legacy PeopleSoft payroll system
  • Review and return incomplete or incorrect transactions with clear feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Collaborate with HR teams, plant personnel, and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support mass data uploads (EIB) as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Provide reporting support and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday required)
  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling high-volume transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and Cognos/reporting tools
  • Exposure to manufacturing or plant environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
