Clinical Operations Manager

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a Nationwide Behavioral Health Organization that specializes in serving teens and young adults struggling with mental health, substance use, anxiety and depression, and eating disorders.

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Operations Manager opportunity near Park City, UT. The ClinicalOperations Manager will drive high-quality clinical services, support teams, and create a safe, healing environment for patients.

Position: Clinical Operations Manager

Location: near Park City, UT

Clinical Operations Manager Duties:

• Lead & develop clinical teams
• Oversee staffing, training & operations
• Ensure exceptional patient care & outcomes
• Collaborate across clinical + operations teams

Clinical Operations Manager Qualifications:

• UT - LCMHC, LCSW, MFT, Psy.D
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disordered populations preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
