Assembler
We are seeking a motivated Assembler to support the production of printed circuit card assemblies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assemble printed circuit card assemblies at various stages of the production process
- Follow detailed work instructions and visual references to ensure accuracy
- Use a microscope to perform precision assembly tasks
- Maintain focus and quality while meeting production expectations
- Work independently or collaboratively within a small team
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to use a microscope
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to interpret picture-based instructions
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Ability to multitask in a production environment
- Energetic with a strong work ethic
- GED or higher required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift (Monday Thursday), typically 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
