Pay: $60.83 per hour

- Provide technical project management, technical direction, and drive coordination of engineering activities.
- Act as the technical liaison for the customer and EPC representatives to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, EPCs, Project Management, multiple engineering organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Provide continuous improvement and operational leadership as the single point of contact for all customer technical inquiries.
- Drive lessons learned back into the design engineering organizations.
- Provide technical guidance to Project Management and Applications/Regional Customer Applications Engineering.
- Conduct Customer Kick-Off Meetings and/or Design Liaison Meetings with customers and/or their design representatives.
- Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements to all design functions.
- Evaluate financial/schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes and implement agreed changes.
- Support resolution of cross-functional design complexities and work to resolve technical issues.
- Mitigate engineering schedule issues and take preventative action to avoid delivery delays.
- Manage the Engineering Budget and provide quarterly Estimate at Completions to Finance.
- Provide technical support to ensure equipment meets all customer requirements and business objectives.
- Present project issue resolutions to upper management, highlighting risks and creating action plans.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and/or Field Engineering.
- Ability and willingness to travel, as required ~10% - 15%.
- Ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Leadership-quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Experience with GTCC Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving capability.
- Experience and/or knowledge of plant system design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and/or testing.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
