We are looking for a Project Coordinator in the Arlington, VA area for an award winning residential Design-Build firm that crafts forever homes embodying luxury, purpose, and unparalleled quality . The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the smooth and timely flow of project paperwork, maintaining strong communication channels with project managers, clients, and internal teams, and supporting the successful execution of each project phase.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Documentation Management: Accurately track and process RFIs, submittals, RFPs, change orders, and subcontracts for assigned jobs using MB and Co-Construct.
  • Cost Control: Ensure all job costs are accurately coded to the appropriate project and cost codes.
  • Scheduling: Update project schedules to reflect current conditions and ensure timely communication with project managers, superintendents, and clients.
  • Change Management: Assist estimators in pricing changes by accurately scoping and pricing materials, labor, and subcontractor work for change orders.
  • Material Coordination: Support project managers by tracking and coordinating the timely delivery of necessary materials to job sites.
  • Progress Tracking: Update percentage of completion and project schedules twice weekly in Co-Construct to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Project Management, Budgeting, and Scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of construction processes and materials
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with construction project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
